I hate Waitrose (used to work there.... if you love them that's fine but if you haven't been behind the scenes then you're not really in a position to comment, just like to pay exorbitantly high prices for mediocre goods). But this recipe was pretty good. Not really a cake, more of a pudding, but came in very VERY useful for hangover relief the morning/ day/ evening after this weekend....
